Transaction Processing and Charges

When making purchases exclusively through the mobile application of the restaurant MI FONDITA, the customer understands and agrees that transactions will be processed and reflected on their bank statement under the restaurant's name. This is because DOIT APP is authorized by the restaurant to manage the processing and collection of transactions made through the mobile application.

It is important to note that:

• DOIT APP will only process payments generated through the restaurant's mobile application, acting as an authorized intermediary.
• The corresponding transactions will appear on the customer's bank statements under the name DOIT APP, as a reflection of the agreement between DOIT APP and the restaurant.
• This arrangement does not apply to purchases made through other means outside the mobile application.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that this procedure ensures security and efficiency in payment management. If you have any questions or need clarification regarding a specific charge on your bank account, please contact our support team at lab@doitapp.us.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

1. Cancellations due to customer fault: If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the order, it will be considered a cancellation due to customer fault.
   In such cases, the order will be returned to the restaurant, and a partial refund may be processed, limited to the cost of the food as accepted by the restaurant.
2. Refunds: Refunds will only be processed within 12 hours of the order and if the funds have not been transferred to the restaurant. The customer may receive a partial refund covering only the cost of the food. Service and delivery fees from DoorDash, as well as processing fees, will not be refunded.
3. Exclusions: Processing fees will not be refunded in any case where the responsibility lies with the customer.

Usage Restrictions

The user agrees not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the application.
• Use the services in a way that could harm the platform's functionality or the rights of third parties.
